How To Join / Register Properly

This is how you PROPERLY JOIN IWD. Please follow the directions carefully. I do not want to have to go through alot if you mess up, and since there is an EXAMPLE right below here. So there should be no problems because I know I dont recruit idiots.

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO JOIN IWD AND HOW TO REGISTER ON THE SITE CORRECTLY!

If you are wanting to join Iron War Dogs. There are multiple things you must do ahead of time, or before you are actually accepted into the family.

1. Read all of the "General Information" Board's Topics, and UNDERSTAND them.

2. Register on the site.
(When you register, your name must be your first, middle, and last ignitial.) Example: J.T.M.
Must look like that. There are no exceptions.

3. When you are registered you must go into your profile, click "modify", go do to where it is the date and change it to where it looks like: 2-34-34
And not October 3, 2005 or anything other than the example above. Must be the dashes and not the dots.
(You must do that, so that the forum works exactly as it should and that you could see and participate in everything on the site).

4. After the top 3 are done, you also must go to your profile (Just profile, not modifying anything) and "ACTIVATE" it.

Rewards / Medals

There are many ways to earn rewards and medals in Nightmare. For example: All you have to do is be active on the site and you can earn "gold". Gold is forum money. You can use your forum money for items in the shop. For instance, if you want your avatar or signature or anything of that sort, you will have to buy it. BE ACTIVE!!! If you want little weapons or whatever, you will have to buy it. You also can rank up for just posting. Medals are also a big reward. They are listed below.

Here are the medals you can win. For each medal there is a description beside it telling you what each mean and how to earn them. Leaders are the only ones able to give out medals. Only a LEADER can give it away.

MEDALS:

This medal is given to those who has recieved the top 2 ranks in the clan. "Lord and Regent".
Members with those 2 ranks are the only ones who can recieve this medal.

This meda is given to those who has recieved the 2 ranks below Lord and Regent which are: War Lord and High Council.
Members with those ranks are the only ones who can recieve this medal.

This Medal is given to members that is the Player of the Year "PoY". This is voted on after one year of clan activity. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many times you were PoY.)

This Medal is given to members that are MVP of the month "PoM". Only one is given per month and you can only recieve one. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many times you were PoM!!

This Medal is given to members that has recruited 30 people into the clan. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many people you recruit. EX: 90 = 3 medals)

This Medal is given to members that recruited 20 people into the clan.

This Medal is given to members that has recruited 10 people into the clan.

This Medal is given to members that are on multiple games, has Iron War Dogs going on those games, and are "recruiting" for the site and not only for the game. "Must have your clan members on the games you play, registered on the site". (You can receive more than one of these depending on how many games you play, while representing us!) [1 per game]

This Medal is given to members that are recognized and well known for being a leader when the leaders are not around. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many times you stepped up to the plate.)

This Medal is given to members that has helped advertise our website on other websites. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many sites you advertise us.) [1 per site you advertise us.] *Must show the sites we are advertised on, along with us being advertised on it.*

This Medal is given to members has at least 500 posts. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many posts you have. EX: 1500 = 3)

This Medal is given to members that are has at least 200 posts.

This Medal is given to members that posted 100 posts.

This Medal is given to members that are LOYAL!! "Has not multi-clanned, participated in clan activities and votes, and also activeness". (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many the leaders think you deserve, and what you did to prove your are loyal for each time.) Hopefully you will stay loyal and get one every month.

This medal is given to members who has posted an actual picture of themself on the site. (You can receive more than one of these, depending on how many pics you posted.) [1 for each]

This Medal is given to members that has been in the clan for 1 year. (You can recieve more than one of these, depending on how many years you have been in the clan.) [1 per year]

This Medal is given to members that has been in the clan for 6 months.

This Medal is given to members that has been in the clan for 3 months.

This medal is given to members that has been in the clan for 1 month.

Also, if you are elligable for one of these medals above, private message at least 2 leaders what medal you deserve. They will look and see if you are qualified and if you are, you will recieve your medal. "MUST HAVE PROOF".

Also, members are also able to refer some members for certain medals. NOT ALL MEDALS but a majority of them! "MUST HAVE PROOF".

These are the ranks of Nightmare and you can rank up more than one way. You can either show your worthiness, or be active on the site or both.

The ranks are from highest rank to lowest rank.
Example of the ranks posted below:
Rank Name [How many posts to receive the rank]

Responsibilities for the following 3 ranks:
Forum Control, Recruiting, Polls, Calender Events, Member Control, Ally and Enemy postings, Post Ideas, Activeness.

Lord - [4000] - Founder / Leader of the clan. 2 member
Regent - [2000] - Co-Leader of the clan. 4 members
War-Lord - [1000] - 3rd in command. 6 Members
High Council - [500] - 10 members.

Responsibilities for the following 4 ranks:
Ideas, Recruiting, Events.

Duke - [200] - ? members.
General - [120] - ? members.
Council - [105] - ? members.

Responsibilities for the following 6 ranks:
Ideas, and Recruiting.

Baron - [90] - ? Members
Viscount - [75] - ? Members
Grand Knight - [60] - ? Members

These are the rules that are set for the members of the clan. All rules must be followed. Failure to follow any / all the rules, will result in a warning level, the higher your warning level is, the more likely you will be booted. After a member reaches so high in the Warning Level, a poll will be posted on wether or not to keep that member.

Rules:

The No Rules:
I. No Cheating / Glitching / Hacking of any kind, in any game.
II. No arguing with clan members.
III. No arguing with clan allies.
IV. No joining another clan.
V. No disorganizing the forums.
VI. No begging for a rank up. "It comes with loyalty."
VII. No talking bad about Unorthodox to other players or clans.
VIII. No Trash talking in wars / tournaments.
IX. No complaining / crying if you do not get in a tournament.
X. No bullnuts playing while playing against your own clan members / allies.

The Positive Rules:
I. Have Fun!
II. Stay Active on the games / forums.
III. Keep forums organized.
IV. Keep an all around positive attitude.
V. Post ideas as much as you want.
VI. Recruit as many people as you want.
VII. On the forums, post at least 5 sentences everytime. (1 paragraph) Or it will be deleted. (Trying to keep the forums organized, educated, and interesting.)

Clan Founder:

Clan Name: Iron War Dogs

Clan Tag: [IWD]

Iron War Dogs is the final out-come of many clan attempts. I took what I have learned from my clan leader experiences through out the past and took all the problems and created this, Iron War Dogs. The clan Founder is a family member of mine, and he is the actual leader of the clan. He created the clan on the game World Of Warcraft. He created the clan and I just boosted it up a little.
The site was created on April 1, 2009. "April Fools Day". Go figure. There were so many problems with the many clans in the past, and now the problems are solved. There will be NO problems. This clan originated on World of Warcraft on the computer. This clan will merge onto different games, and different platforms. We have members always online in the forums. Coming to the conclusion of a great all-around clan. This is what a clan should be.
After so many attempts, and so many failures. I believe this is going to be a good start.

Iron War Dogs is a new idea of ours. We are a clan that plays more than just one game. We expand through all gaming platforms, and we are going to be a very big clan. With organization, communication, great attitudes, and activness from the clan, we will not end up like others. (Disbanded)
We play on all platforms listed:
Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Computer.

We will never rely on one member's "leaders" opinion for anything, it is a group effort. Think of us like a "Democracy". Everything is voted upon.

In order for this clan to run well, there is ranks, and there are responsibilities with each, and we also have set rules that everyone must follow. If all goes to plan, this clan will rise to the top in no time.

Iron War Dogs is not just a typical clan; we are a family, a group of friends that got together to better ourselves through out the gaming world.
